UNIQUE & SPECIAL PROPERTIES APPRAISED

Sin Strip was a rather unusual and fun assignment.  The City of Calumet City, Illinois

had for years a reputation of being a "fun place to go"  Unfortunately Las Vegas legalized gambling and prostitution and Calumet City didn't.  The result was that the Calumet City complex of adult entertainment was ultimately taken over by organized crime (although not so well organized that it was successful). 

The City decided to demolish the entire neighborhood.  We got to do the appraisals.
