About Amanda E Howard

Amanda holds a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license and has been with the Gorman Group since 2005.  Amanda graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in both finance and marketing. 

Typical of other appraisers in the Gorman Group, Amanda's experience is diverse.  Geographically she has performed appraisals in such locations as Delaware and New Jersey, as well as closer to home in Illinois and Indiana.  The breadth of her work ranges from mobile home parks, to fast food restaurants.  Of course she is fully capable of appraising more conventional properties like industrial buildings and retail outlets.
