About James G. Frommeyer, MAI
Jim, his wife (Donna Marie) and their three children live in the Town of Harvard, Illinois. He is escaping the humdrum of city living - and apparently liking it. In his 20 years of appraising, he has appraised everything from Sears Tower and the Merchandise Mart to the worlds largest active quarry. He has done the worlds largest asphalt plant, largest steel mill for reprocessing scrap metal, and the world's largest shopping mall.
In addition to being an MAI, Jim is a CIAO (Certified Illinois Assessing Officer), a Certified Environmental Inspector, a Registered Underground Storage Tank Tester and a qualified Asbestos Abatement Project Designer.
