The Gorman Group staff is small and very well versed in the appraisal process. In fact, all members of the Gorman Group have appraised unusual properties and all have reached or exceeded the level of Certified General Appraisal. All have over 10 years of experience in the appraisal of non-residential properties.
With three persons, of counsel, having attained the coveted MAI designation, there are few properties that are beyond our experience. The cumulative experience of our appraisers represents over 160 years of real estate. Not only that, but the experience is diversified - our appraisers have bought and sold real estate, managed real estate, owned real estate companies, worked for the assessor's office, and constructed buildings. That diversified experience is invaluable - appraisers need to know how the market works to properly interpret it. Appraisers without real estate experience are prone to misunderstand the market.
